has over 20 years marine, subsea and construction project and operational improvement experience. He has advised and served worldwide in leadership roles with organisations ranging from sparsely staffed to overstaffed. He has advised and lead programme and contract design at project frontend stages and has advised and delivered better and more project, programme and campaign outcomes.
He has managed beneficial change in cost control, personnel deployment, logistics and manufacturing for client organisations and projects. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics and has plant inspection and material testing certifications. He is a qualified management accountant.
